1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WhalesDelivery, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using WhalesDelivery's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

WhalesDelivery provides users with access to a comprehensive suite of tracking, management, and logistical tools. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that WhalesDelivery assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Service any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Limitation of Liability

WhalesDelivery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or data purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Strategic Neutral Zones and International Maritime Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
